We wrote about some of the top jobs that’ll be in-demand for 2021, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), which included Industrial Mechanics.

So to learn more about what it takes to be an Industrial Mechanic we sat down with Mitchell Eberhard, Maintenance Technician Instructor at SJVC Modesto, who’s been working in the field for more than 30 years.

Mitchell has served in a variety of roles throughout the industry, so he knows what it takes to get started and find success as a Maintenance Technician.
