Electrical Technology
At San Joaquin Valley College, our Electrical Technology program prepares you to work with electrical equipment and systems safely, competently, and professionally — giving you the techniques and best practices you need to enter the workforce. You can earn your Certificate of Completion in as few as 10 months.

Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R)
SJVC’s HVAC-R program prepares you for entry-level employment by covering heating and cooling principles, electrical theories, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and proper installation, service, and replacement techniques. Earn your Certificate of Completion in as few as 10 months. Graduates also have the opportunity to earn EPA 608 certification.*
