With close to 3,000 employees and headquartered in Bakersfield, California’s fertile San Joaquin Valley, Bolthouse Farms continues to be one of the largest carrot growers and distributors.

 

So we decided to sit down with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bolthouse Farms, Christian Romo, to learn more about the company, what they’re looking for in a team member, and why they continue to hire graduates from SJVC’s Maintenance Technician program.
