SJVC Madera recognizes Madera Community Hospital as Employer of the Year
Every year, many organizations seek out and hire San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC) graduates to fill open medical, technical and business positions. These organizations maintain a real commitment to the welfare of their employees, often resulting in high staff satisfaction levels.
To honor its local employers, SJVC Madera annually recognizes an Employer of the Year. This year, the SJVC Madera campus was proud to announce that it has named Madera Community Hospital as its 2019 Employer of the Year.
“Madera Community Hospital and its clinics are committed to identifying and serving our community’s needs with compassion, concern, care, and safety for every patient,” said Devon Dilley, Regional Career Services Director at SJVC Madera. “San Joaquin Valley College shares this same commitment as we serve diverse populations throughout the community. We are committed to the success of every student just as Madera Community Hospital is committed to promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of every resident throughout the Central Valley,” Devon added.
Madera Community Hospital offers a wide range of high-quality diagnostic and treatment services and is located in the heart of Central California. It is a private, not-for-profit hospital dedicated to improving and maintaining the health and wellness of residents across the Central Valley. The hospital is committed to identifying and serving the community’s needs with compassion for every patient.
“We are honored to present this award to Madera Community Hospital and recognize them for facilitating the training needs of our students,” said Dilley. “The hospital has distinguished itself as a leader in our community, and we are honored to come on this journey as we partner together to foster professional development and high-quality, effective health services.”
Both staff and faculty from SJVC Madera gathered to present Madera Community Hospital with an Employer of the Year plaque on March 11, 2019. The campus is looking forward to continuing to provide the hospital with quality talent that will serve the local community.
