Respiratory Therapy Program Director on FOX40 News
Respiratory therapists are an important part of every health care team. They work with patients from newborn through hospice care, helping to manage various breathing and airway problems.
According to the American Association for Respiratory Care, respiratory therapists play a vital role in helping patients affected with COVID-19. So to show our support for National Respiratory Care Week (Oct. 24–30) we had Robby Nijjar, Respiratory Therapy Program Director at San Joaquin Valley College in Rancho Cordova, discuss the importance of being a respiratory therapist during the COVID-19 pandemic with FOX40 News.

Thank you to Robby and all the respiratory therapists out there for your commitment to the profession!
Our RN to BSN program is a Bachelors degree completion option for Registered Nurses.
