Employee Tuition Discount Program – provides employees with 100% tuition discount to attend a San Joaquin Valley College or Carrington College program.
Tuition Scholarship Program – provides scholarships for employees to attend outside colleges or universities to help support our organizational objectives and facilitate employee growth and development.

Our commitment to fostering a thriving workplace includes ensuring that our employees have access to comprehensive health benefits facilitating their mental and physical well-being. This includes programs to promote financial wellness (health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and 401K plan) and your overall well-being (medical, dental, disability/life insurance).
We incentivize employees to make healthy choices. Employees earn up to $300 for completing preventive screenings and may earn additional monies for attaining fitness goals through our motion program.

To enable everyone to re-energize, we observe eleven paid holidays and offer vacation time to optimize work-life balance.
