Wherever you are on your career path, a Business Administration Certificate of Completion or Associate of Science Degree will give you the knowledge and skills necessary to develop into a business professional.
SJVC’s online Business Administration program graduates can earn a Certificate of Completion in as few as 8 months or an A.S. Degree in as few as 15 months. Course content is delivered 100 percent online for maximum schedule flexibility and convenience. Students are required to complete a business externship at a local business under the direct supervision of the professional manager. Students are required to turn in completed hours and evaluations, and the grade earned is Pass/Fail. Passing this course is a graduation requirement.
All students enrolled in the Business Administration program learn core business principles and skills, including business math, communication and management. As students move through the program, they will explore topics including marketing and HR, and learn specialized skills that will benefit them in their careers or as they pursue more education beyond a Certificate or A.S. Degree.

Students must successfully complete their courses and the Career Services Seminar (CSS100) to graduate. They must also meet a minimum keyboarding speed of 45 net words per minute.
