Students Will Learn
Throughout SJVC’s Human Resource Administration program, students will learn:

- • Staff training and development
- • Employee benefits administration
- • Compensation structures
- • Payroll management
- • Labor Laws
Program Outcomes
Graduates will earn a Certificate of Completion or an Associate of Science degree, and are prepared to take the Microsoft® Office Specialist Exam for certification in Word, PowerPoint® and Excel®. Online students can earn a Certificate of Completion and also can continue on to receive an Associate of Science degree.
Human Resource Administration students can earn a Certificate of Completion in as few as 7 months, or an Associate of Science degree in as little as 14 months.
