SJVC’s Business Administration program provides a framework of office procedures and skills that you can use to adapt to any company’s operation. Students become knowledgeable, ethical and technologically competent business professionals.
You learn to organize and manage work tasks, sales and management techniques, general office procedures, as well as many computer applications. This varied set of work skills helps our graduates get competitive jobs in California and across the United States.

Program Outcomes
Graduates will earn a Certificate or Associate of Science degree depending on the campus and program, and are eligible to take the Microsoft® Office Specialist exam for certification in Word, PowerPoint®, and Excel®.
Business Administration students can earn either a Certificate of Completion in as few as 7 months, or an Associate of Science Degree in as little as 14 months. Certificate Completion students may continue their education at SJVC to earn an Associate of Science Degree.
